Eligibility
The guarantee is not automatic. A purchaser who does not pass their first official USPS assessment attempt may be eligible for a refund when the request is made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date and meets these refund terms.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team at support@example.com from the email address used for your purchase. Include your name, payment reference if available, and the date of your first assessment attempt so we can review your request.
Refund handling
Eligible, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Preparation access is revoked when the refund is processed.
